RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Oversee and mentor marketing team members, ensuring they meet performance goals and adhere to company standards
  2. Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities
  3. Help with market research and analysis to support marketing strategies and decision-making
  4. Monitor and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
  5. Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional channels
  6. Assist in monitoring and analyzing marketing metrics to gauge campaign success and identify areas for improvement
  7. Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies

QUALIFICATION

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience
  2. Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
  3. Proficient in media planning
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Understanding of current marketing trends and best practices
  6. Office Placement
