RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of the sales team involved in the project
  2. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve project goals
  3. Monitor and manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness
  4. Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and expectations
  5. Identify potential risks associated with the project and develop mitigation strategies to address them

QUALIFICATION

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience
  2. Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team effectively
  3. Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies
  4. Honest, disciplined, and hardworking
  5. Placement in the Jabodetabek area
